These riders are those that we are looking to sell. Of course that doesn't mean we can't or won't discuss other riders with some level of availability indicated in the table above. But it's fair to say those will be more expensive deals. Swaps can also always be discussed. Some have zero dots for a reason, so don't bother asking about them.
Here we'll take a deeper dive into these available riders. Some might be acquired at a real bargain price

If we do sign some level 1 riders then we will be looking for CT/PCT teams to take them on loan with the 1-3 clause.
I expect us to find room for at least 1-2 level 4 riders to come in, but we need to move some riders out before that. Likely looking at wage splits where little to no money changes hands, but that is subject to discussion and could also change on a deal per deal basis.

Day 1 - End of day Update
We have a cash + rider offer for time-trial specialist Steven Lammertink. A cash only offer of 750k is preferred or if you have a more appealing swap deal.
Daniel Habtemichael and Michael Christodoulos are tied up in a rider + cash deal. They're likely off the table now.
Riley Sheehan might be leaving in a swap deal.
Robert Power has a leading offer of 150k.
A lot of the other riders are currently being a subject of discussions. |

The deal is that we split the wage evenly. Each team pays 65k and you add a fee of 300k.

As we've said before we are still open to selling Santiago Buitrago for the asking price of 850k. His detailed below.

Buitrago was thought of as our breakaway climber, but for whatever reason, either our incorrect planning or game AI that didn't work out. With that said he should be an excellent option for teams in PCT or CT. He has the highest acceleration of any 78+ mountain climber in the game. That along with hill stat also makes him a solid option for some of the tougher hilly races. Also with is new wage he won't take up much of the cap in any division.
