Some riders do not develop

Hello, I have problem that many young riders do not develop, like Ciolek, Voß, van Avermaet, Fuglsang and so one....

My question is, what is the problem? the pcm.daily db? the game? I have no idea... thanks for your help

Some riders develop fast, and some develop slow. But eventually, all will progress.

....and some are already at the maximum they can develop so won't go any further. Smile

I had similar problems but with other DB. Tyler Farrar did not gain SP points at all over three years but C. Meier shot up to 82 MO and 79 TT after his first year.

There's different lines of progression. Some peak early, others peak late while a 3rd bunch have a linear progression.

yes, of course... I opened the db with the hannes editor 2008 and these riders are already at the maximum of their value_f_potentiel_total, I don't think that they will improve...
