do the training camps improve fitness as well as the skill that the riders are training? My first goal of the season is coming up in about 3 weeks. At the moment my riders who will be riding that event are at around 85% fitness. However, from now till the goal they will only have a max of 3 days racing. will sending them to a camp keep their fitness up even with the lack of racing?

will i be able to find a pre-season camp in the middle of April?

Also how much will they improve the fitness? is each day at the camp the same as a days racing?

It only improves gewneral fitness not the races one so my advice is to get in some more races
