Starting Problems...

I have problems with the starting on pcm08... When i put in the cd, the menu comes up.. when i press play it won't start Frown

Can somebody help me?

Did you try disabling your firewall?

pcm08 have worked before, but suddenly it didn't work anymore Frown

i don't think thats the problem..

Got the same problem. Firewall is off. I even re-installed the game. Nothing happened...

YES, I FOUND IT.
In my case, I just deleted the Pro Cycling Manager 2008 map in My Documents. Off course, first make sure you have a back-up.

Then start the game and have fun Grin

it could work only by deleting the save-game folder. Look at the thread that you madeWink

Had the same problem right now and did the same like you (deleted PCM folder in My Documents), after that I added to the NEW PCM folder the OLD database and the OLD saved game and I can continue now. Banana

Funnily... when I tried to delete the PCM folder my PC told me that the local.cdb cannot be deleted because its in use (but no program was running). Had to restart the whole PC box and did above.
