Records and Exploits not in the game

I'm (irrationally) annoyed that this game doesn't seem to have correct records and exploits in the archive menu ingame. For example it shows the record for Tour de France wins: 1 by Pogacar.

Is there any way to edit this manually or is this part of the database? I've already looked in the PCM Fast Editor but couldn't find it there.

Hello,
Yes, this record is in DYN_palmares table. IDpalmares=146086 for Tadej Pogacar win in Tour de France (2021). You can edit/add palmares.
