Stage 9

After yesterday’s TT some riders will to have make up time in the GC. The organizers think the same and favourize the GC riders today. The stage itself should be rather quiet for the first 150 km before two cat. 3 climbs constitute the finale.

Halfway through the stage the gap is at 2’43. It never was more than 4 minutes anyway, so there’s not much hope for the break to take the stage win.

Kämna is the biggest name not in the first group.

6 km later the break is caught.
