As Smoothie and I were spamming the Your Cycling thread, here is a new thread to talk about and debate Bike companies and their products.

Maybe you should change this thread title to "Lolol Trek is the best and Deadpool will spam you with that with no evidence to back up the fact that they are the best" |

Did you see all the evidence I've put up in the Your cycling thread, heres and example:
Listen, Smoothie, Trek and Specialized make pretty comparable products all along the line, except at the high end of road and mountain bikes. At the high end of the road, nothing compares to the Madone in terms of a perfect blending of comfort, lightness, and stiffness. The bike rides great, and with that 90 mm bottom bracket you know the bike has the stiffness you need to power up hills and the like. Also, the OCLV Carbon that Trek uses is much higher quality than any other Carbon on the market, and that is not up for debate. If you want me to I can spend three hours digging up all the research that has shown that.
As for Mountain Bikes, your right Specialized is better than Trek, but they are not better than Gary Fisher. Fisher has the most experience in the Mountain bike industry, and they always build great bikes. |

I have to agree in some aspects. If you want heritage on a bike De Rosa and Colnago are the best. Not for technology though |
