Could someone make a detailed guide to how to make your sea's and river''s good? Many times I just can't geit it. Some times the result it's ok, but i really struggle a lot to make it work perfect.

Detailed? No, not for me anymore...

But...

For lakes/sea/large rivers, use the landscape tool. Set the value to -2000 or greater, and make sure the circles overlap a lot. Select one and make it -500, and click the sea box. That way all the others will fill with water. Bingo!
For rivers, just set the width - i usually use between 200 and 400m, depending on what river it is, and the depth at more than 300 to make it look "better".

Can't say how much I love right now Pfft Now I've struggled a lot with the seas and now it finally work perfect.

However, du someone have a trick to now the height of the points with rivers?

Rivers can only ever have all their points at one altitude. I usually set the height to 10 or 20 metres below my stages' lowest point.
