Mountain tactics

I've always used much time training on mountain stages. Well, there was pretty easy to win mountain stages on normal difficulty, but on hardit's impossible(for mePfft)

Therefore, what should I do for winning/finish with the favourite group on mountain stages ?

wait wait wait, untill the rider from the team thats leading the peloton is attacking, ealier it's almost imposible to get away.

Yes, I've found out that. Especially when Caisse is in front. After that? The yellow bar's getting empty fast... And my riders loses 25-40 % of the yellow bar when the train is going fast. I usually plays with Sastre and Schlecks or CA Sørensen (79MO in my career) and some 75-76MO guys.
