Race in Pro Cyclist with my created team

I would like someone to help me. My English is very bad, and it is difficult for me to read. I'm playing PCM2019, which I like more than PCM2024. PCM2020, 2021,2022 and 2023 I have not played them. I have created a sponsor, a G3 regional team (Cola Cao) and team cyclists. Everything works perfectly if I want to run a race or a season. Now, I would like to play in pro cyclist mode with that team, but I can't. I start with EvoPro Racing, I edit the ProCyclist_1.cdb on the first day located in:

Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2019\Cloud\user.

I change the contract, and the team I belong to, but something escapes me. There is something I'm not doing right, because when I load the game I'm still with EvoPro Racing, but in the lower left corner is my player with the Cola Cao mini jersey, and I can't run any races!

Let's see if someone enlightens me. Thank you so much.

and I have found the solution. As easy as editing the cyclists as a two-star G3 team, and choosing the same country as both the player and the team we have created
