PCM 2011. Still up?

Hey, i'm a hardcore fan of the TDF games on consoles. I have over 500+ hours put into every game(2011 and 2012 best by faaaaar). But like 10 years ago i played PCM2011 everyday on PC
Now my question is there anyway to play it? I have seen that it exists to download on some shady sites and i ain't risking my computer for that.

2011 was my favourite too aha. Surely steam has it still?

Sadly not, 2014 is the oldest PCM they have

CD keys would be my best guess there pretty good at keeping some keys for old games barring that maybe amazon or ebay for a physical disc i would assume
