We would really rather avoid this as he is an extremely useful rider from one of our focus countries, but sadly we don't really have another choice to stay under budget. His wages are 75k, therefore an offer of 75k OR a rider swap for someone whose wages are max 67k OR a rider+cash swap for someone whose wages are max 75k will be enough to get him on your team.
