Happy transfers!
Here at Specialized we're looking to move on some pieces and that is great news for you! We have some of the best puncheurs that the PCT has ever had on offer, as well as one of the best sprinters in the 2022 season!
Anthony Turgis is as cheap as he has ever been on 330k wage, a true bargain for a rider of his qualities his punch and aggressiveness is close to unmatched and don't be afraid of his low MO, last year when the calendar wasn't made to suit his needs he still put up just under 300 points, with top 10s in a bunch of classics. His C1 potential is incredible now with riders such as Arerurya, Higuita and many more having left for the PT pastures.
Xandro Meurisse: the multiple times winner of the Viana Do Castelo, Double bunch sprint champ last year, in many ways he is the GOAT and a rider that it would pain us to let go of but his age is catching up to us and one of him or Turgis has to go to ensure that the team has coverage in multiple terrains.
Lionel Coutinho: Great sprinter on a great wage, brought in last year as a stop gap, his wage makes him an incredible asset for the team and could see us make use of him in a trade, but fire away offers for him as I know his statline makes him desirable.

The interest around Baroncini and Milan has been mind-blowing, we have deals sorted out for them most likely but if you're in the half of PT managers that haven't sent me a message about them, please get in touch and see what you might be able to cook up.
We're also looking for a few 1-3s loan ins, wage splits still up for debate on that one and as things look right now regular loans of 50k level 2 and 3s where I won't have to pay the wage are also probably going into play at some point this window.

The loan deal of Milan is currently on shaky ground as things are not going our way. We're now looking for deals where we pay the wage and you pay a fee that's well above minimum, that we can put towards a PCT level leader, same thing goes for Baroncini's loan.
Some interest in Turgis asking price starts at around 600k, would be the best Puncheur in CT and will still do damage in C1 races, we're not forced to sell him and we think he could score upwards of 500 points in PCT this season if planned correctly.
Meurisse: To my big surprise no movement around Meurisse at all, one of the most consistent points scorers in PCT for the last 4 years, his allround ability makes him a super weapon.

Turgis has a bid of 600k, swap deals or 50k overbids are being considered from here on out.

Are you a PT team currently stuck in a bidding war for the biggest talents in the sport and looking for a safe pair of hands to guide them through level 1-3? The WJSM team throughout history has helped foster some of the greatest cyclists on earth on loan including but not limited to: Mads Pedersen, Jasper Phillipsen and Olav Kooij and due to recent developments we have a fully open loan cap and a ton of wage cap to work with, meaning it's possible for us to make any big 1-3 loan in work.

We have a big 1-3 secured that means that we're tentatively moving off the 1-3 market for a bit.
Baroncini: has a loan offer with a 100k fee going our way planned, if you want to overbid that I will accept 50k increases.
Milan: is tied again, but hit my line if you want to pay 200k-300k loan fee as that is what his value is at this point in time.
Meurisse: off the market for now with Turgis leaving the team.

Deal thread for Turgis has gone up at 600k https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread...d_id=67394 will consider any 100k overbids.
Milan has been freed from his deal ties and we're looking to entertain a structure where we pay the wage and you pay us a sizeable fee over minimum, he's by far the best level 4 TTT piece that you can get. 98 racedays means he can do all three GTs and still be incredibly easy to use.

No movement on Milan loan overnight, 145k absolutely minimum we can do, the guy is an incredible asset in any TTT train.

There's a world where we sign a 1-3 where we pay 50k wage and get the minimum 200k fee, please get in touch.

For now we have sorted our cap situation out and it's looking unlikely that Milan's leaving on loan this moment in time.
Although should you be interested in Coutinho or Meurisse there might be a chance to make it happen if you can propose a good enough deal that allows us to secure a different leader in their terrains.

While we are more or less done with our dealings we do have a few things that we can do. If you find yourself in a pinch wage cap wise we might be able to take on younger leaders than Meurisse and/or Coutinho if they're on slightly more wage we might be able to make it work as well. It's not something we're doing out of necessity and we cannot move any money your way in a fee, this is exclusively as trades and I would also be opposed to straight up selling with no replacements at this point of the transfer window, but if you see a deal that works for you, please get in touch.
