Adding a race

I'm playing with the eternal db and I want to add SN's Tour du Faso to the game.

How would I go about doing that?

Also, I think I read somewhere that you can't edit sta_race and st_stage. Is this true and if so is there a way of adding the stages in place of another race, if not changing the racename, where i don't have to edit these collumns?

Use PCM Kicker or Hannes Converter. I'm pretty sure that you can use both. Remember to edit the Local.cdb too.
