We've got a swap deal lined up for Jonel Carcueva and interest in Patrick Konrad.

Because we need to free some cap space to get to the optimal number of riders, Julien Bernard is available for a discounted fee of just 100k.

He is a well rounded climbing veteran who has two more high quality seasons in his legs. Backup stats are decent and he has a deceptively quick finish with 69 sprint and 73 acceleration. Since PCM overhauled the MO/HI system there are many races where you need both to do well and Julien is the type of rider to shine in those situations. In PT and PCT he's a solid domestique and in CT an actual pointscorer.

Bernard will likely be involved in a swap tonight. Last call.

We found a loan in but we have space for one more. Same deal; you pay the wage and I pay the fee.

Any of these riders can go for the minimum fee.

So for Bernard it's 100k. But a swap that saves me 25k wage works too.
The others cost just 50k.
