Hello

Does anyone have experience with changing fitness parameters in the new version of PCM?

I've tried changing the shape like I did in 'PCM 18' but it doesn't really work for me. I also can't get the rider to have 0% fatigue.
I remember that you could change a parameter so that the rider was in top form for up to 20-30 days, but I don't remember what the values ​​should be and where it should be changed.

Has anyone tried any settings that work?
