Out of the saddle (riders driving style)

Why are some riders going out of the saddle and others don´t?

I started multiple pro cyclist careers by creating different riders. I have tried different rider sizes, different rider weights, different rider skin-colors, different countries and different faces, different rider types (tour riders, climbers, sprinters, ….). But none of my created cyclists are going out of their saddles. (only when attacking)
Is there a way to modify the riders driving style (from a Jan Ulrich style to a Contador style ????) ?
