I hope you have some renewed spirit after last year's dissapointment. Without any major declines, can't imagine not promoting this time around.
Now with Arensman and Hvideberg maxed out, you have another two options to play with. All the best!

Pending renewals you have a ton of really interesting pieces to move around with to ensure your return to PCT!

Adding a maxed Arensman to this group should surely set you up for promotion this coming season!

I really hope you came out of renewals in a good position, because there are so much talent here which would be sad to see crumbling. If you make a good renewals you'll have a super time in CT, and go up very very well prepared for another big step up at PCT level!

Well, that 2023 CT season really wasn't great for you. But I guess at least you learnt a lot about how the new game engine works - in particular for TTTs. I believe that some optimization in planning, plus maxed Arensman, should definitely be enough for promotion this time. Best of luck!

I'm guessing Eiking and one or two others may have to leave with your current wage situation, but my god hillis, your team looks fantastic for CT, and almost all homegrown? Great to see another member of the 2017 CT class still kicking, and you look to have (most likely) cracked the code for a sustainable launch into PCT if you get the transfers/planning right. |

Tough wage increase for Eiking. 10 of 17 riders on the block or loaned out, sounds like a busy transfer period
Good luck!

Wow, interesting that Rojus is on the block too! Looks like a season of transition but it all depends how you manage to structure those deals - you could end up with a nice transfer kitty to spend as well. Good luck |

Renewals seem to have gone okay for you, though Eikings increase could make trading him rather tough. Apart from that the duos Lunke & Arensman and Van Moer & Knotten should give you a good base on those terrains, so with a good cobbler it could already be enough to get you into promotion race.
Maybe we have a talk regarding a loan in transfers. Best of luck!

Not gonna lie, with the announcement you were going more nationalistic, I had hoped Arensman would be available

Cheers guys.
Yeah, it's tough to let Eiking go. But that is the downside of investing in guys i guess. He originally asked for 570k. What a guy.
Busy times ahead. For sure.

This is a team that would've been well positioned for the PCT, and I can only imagine the frustration of having to let one of the team's icons go in OCE. It is a bold choice to keep both Lunke and Arensman, as well as Van Moer and Knotten, whilst letting Adomaitis go. I'm just not sure where you intend to find the cap space to expand on that leadership, especially with the number of riders needing development loans. I'd personally keep Lunke and Knotten, and let the other two go in order to secure a sprinter and puncheur in their place. Hvideberg should be enough to cover the pavés. Maybe the availability of another great Norwegian puncheur, at a much more affordable wage, will be enough to convince you. I certainly hope so :P.

Yeah, it was very frustrating to see the team under perform last season. And even more frustrating having to let Eiking go after all these years and millions investet in training him.
Nothing is set in stone, to be fair, things may change when the window opens up. Eirik Lunder and Sakarias Koller Loland will most likely stay with the team. And the reamning 4 will be let out on loan (hopefully).
Time will tell
