The hilly NCs have brought out a wide variety of winners so far this season, time will tell if Kinoshita will be able to avoid the upset.
With 16.5km to go Hayakawa launches an attack that creates a group of 9 riders that look primed for the finish line.
With 7.5km to go Hayakawa decides to make another move with Oka trying to follow.
One of the main contenders was supposed to be Amezawa but he was unable to keep up with the rapid racing on the flats and enters the final kilometre outside of reach as Kinoshita looks immense at the front.
And Kinoshita closes it out as he claims himself another NC!
