I've just picked up this game again while I wait for PCM07 to get fixed (and a proper DB is released). I've started a game with Liverpool, but until now I haven't been very succesful. 1 game short, I'm placed 6th in the league 11 points behind number 1, Chelsea. I did win the Community Shield, but was knocked out of the League Cup already in the 2nd round. Qualified for the Champions League and will meet Milan in the 1st Knockout Round (I will lose). Transfers? Well, my chauvinism will really power through now. I have signed with Leon Andreasen (Werder Bremen) and Kasper Lorentzen (Brøndby). I've sold Mohammed Sissoko to Bayern.
Other than that, I have signed with three other players who will join the team eventually. First of all, of course, Kasper Schmeichel. Secondly, Philip Ifil who seems to be a very talented defender. And thirdly, and my best signing, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar

Peter Schmeichel was my childhood idol.
Anyway, I didn't see the point in FM 2007 it's just 2006 updated - no major updates

I just started a game with SonderjyskE from 1st division in Denmark. I haven't played any games yet, because Pro Cycling Manager is taken all my time in these days, but since Team CSC keep on firing me, I started to play this game again.
As I said I haven't played any games yet, but I have bought players. Igor Zofcak (Ruzomberok, Slovakia), Claus Pedersen (Kolding FC, Denmark) and Jakob Rasmussen (Fredericia, Denmark).. Well, it is not the most well-known players, but for a league like the 1st division in Denmark they are superb. I also bid for Lauri Dalla Valle who is a 14 year old finish midfielder from JIPPA. He looks promising.
Now I'll just have 30 games and then promote, so I can beat Brondby and FC Copenhagen in the danish premier division

used to play....some years ago...ever since 2000/2001...
amazingly, other than the club I support, I've never managed a team that starts above the bottom league of any country.
ah, the memories of winning champions leagues with Rushden & Diamonds... |

That game is great. U should sign Nicolas Bendtner (spelling?) from arsenal. He turns out amazing. Also, this Man U player called Galbraith can sumtimes become really good. |

glad to see you've got FM, it's a great game
i never play with my supported club, mainly because it would be too easy, i always play with some crapper clubs f.e. York City (home club) or just crappy Premiership clubs like Man City and West Ham |
