Felix Gall was the revelation of last year’s Tour de France. Originally a domestique to Ben O’Connor, he stepped up to win one of the toughest stages and finish 8th overall. Derek Gee broke out at the Giro, where - somewhat out of nowhere - he was in the breakaway on seven stages and finished second an excrutiating four times. And Ben Healy had also previously shown very little that would’ve suggested an explosion like he had, finishing 2nd and 4th in AGR and LBL and then winning a Giro stage.
