I have a weird issue, where I'm not quite sure if it's a bug.
In pro cyclist mode, you have a limited degree of control over your teammates, which is fine. If a teammate is accessible for me to control, I can make sprint trains and use the effort cursor to get my rider in position. However, at seemingly random times, the effort cursor is greyed out, but I can control my teammates in any other normal way. This is super frustrating, because sprints become almost impossible, when your sprint train cannot do effort.
Does anyone know why this happens? Is it a bug or can I do something about it? It used to be only once in a while, but now I have had multiple races in a row like this, which is really annoying.

Sadly I am also experiencing this and do not know how to fix it. Please help me.
