Does rider training matter?

Under 23 Posts: 75 Joined: 17-04-2024 PCM$: 100.00	hello. recently i started a new career at pcm23 and this time i hired really good and fitting trainers but somehow it seems it doesnt make much or any changes. the progression of my talented young riders seems to be as slow as in my previous saves where i didnt invest much in the training/trainer. Are there some ecrets too it to progress your talents faster?

Amateur Posts: 12 Joined: 08-07-2020 PCM$: 200.00	Hi, yes it does matter, but the effect is more visible when the gap between actual skill and potential is still big.

Under 23 Posts: 75 Joined: 17-04-2024 PCM$: 100.00	Thanks, I will keep watching it. Just feels like the difference just isnt worth to invest a lot in Trainer. In a previous save it felt like the progression of my talents were better. What i noticed there was that the results were better too. So maybe the results of a rider are a factor for their progression too?
