When I try to form a treno, my main sprinter/s just lose the wheel of his team-mate

Am I doing something wrong? Do sprints work as intended this year?

This a Conti team and when opposition is decent not only is almost impossible to take the lead against other teams (but I won't complain about this), my main problem is sometimes the first out of 4 members of my train does take the lead... but then the one behind him gets behind. Other times is the third one, or the last one.

It's not about them not being able to follow the lead because obviously I put them "in order", that is, every rider has better stats than the one they're supposed to follow.

Like I said, I wouldn't ask just because I lose sprints, I'd assume I'm just bad and have to git gud. But this thing of my sprinter losing the wheel of his team-mate seems weird and I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

Hope you guys can help me.
