does the tt stat have any effect at all? for example would a rider with 80 for mountains and 65 fot tt's beat a rider with 75 for mountains and 75 for tt's? |

how about if it's a mountain tt with a longish flat section in it?
also, what about hilly tt's. Do riders with good hilly stats have an advantage over testers? |

On the flat section the one with better TT will get an advantage but he will lose some time on the mountain depens how long it are the flat and the mountain sections.
I think in hilly TT's it's the same thing, if you look carefuly you will see that the riders that are good on hills will win some time to the ones that are lower all depens of the difficulty of the hill and the dimension of it
