This looks like there's an entry in the DYN_sponsor_results table (potentially in row 5, I'm not super familiar with Fast Editor notation) that has an erroneous fkIDcyclist number, specifically -1. The easiest way to fix this would likely be to remove the entry entirely. If you know which rider should be in that entry, you can also try and replace the -1 with that cyclist's ID from DYN_cyclist.
