Intermittent Graphics Failures

I am getting graphics failures very often in PCM 22 where the cyclists don't load (or are fully black shadows) but their equipment is visible. The sky and terrain is also not loading. Any idea why?

The game is not even allowing me to take screenshots to show how it looks.
