2023 Transfer Timeline

The key dates for the 2022 transfers (at least planning it like this). All times are in BST (British time).
Transfer DB and Rules are posted asap beforehand.
| Thursday | 10th August | End | Final deadline for goals, HC [PCT] and PTHC [PT/PCT] choices | | Friday | 11th August | 20:00 BST | Transfer Window Opens | | Sunday | 13th August | 20:00 BST | Deals can now be confirmed for trades or loans | | Sunday | 13th August | 20:00 BST | The theoretical time that the first free agent signings will be sealed | | Monday | 14th August | 20:00 BST | The theoretical time that the first deals will be sealed | | Thursday | 17th August | 12:00 BST | Stagiares can now be bidded on | | Friday | 18th August | End | Deadline for submitting C1/C2 choices [PCT/CT] | | Saturday | 19th August | 12:00 BST | This is the deadline for sacking a rider | | Monday | 21st August | 12:00 BST | Deadline for sending a priority list for additional 2 FAs for CT teams | | Monday | 21st August | 12:00 BST | Transfer Window Closes |
Unresolved free agent bids will go to a silent auction
Deadline for Transfer Sheets (unless in silent auction)
Noting that for the first few days.

If you will be unable to use the site for a portion of the above dates, please inform myself and the ManGame-Admin account, so we might be able to perform transfer actions for you, if you provide sufficient instructions.
Timings will be adjusted should the forum experience any downtime during this period.
And last but not least again. No guarantee it really starts with that time line. If there is a delay, it will be postponed. |

You have to submit your transfer sheet (including wildcard category selection) by the end of transfers iirc.
Wildcard selection itself comes after transfers close, if I'm not mistaken.

Wildcards can be submitted before Transfers - and usual expectation is that you should be ready to submit them by the time Transfers ends, as you'll know by then which categories to can afford to apply for. They're needed for race planners to be created, so sooner always better!

Just to be clear: CT teams can sign 2 riders at no wage cost and have to send a priority list to ManGame-Admin, right?
These riders can only be riders that had no offers on, right?

Also, it's a good idea to send a longer list than you'd expect to be needed because in some years, the final hours can still see a couple of free agents being bid on...
