Calculation of points in Team Index

Im wondering how the game does the calculation of the points at the end of the season, in the team index? As far i can see, at least the 3 best riders of your team have an impact, but sometimes it seems like the 4th and 5th best also affect the index. Does anybody have some specific data on the issue? It would be nice to know GrinD

Yeah, would be good to know. It is my first year as a CWT team, leading the overall team rankings in September, still the team index says I will be relegated to PRO CONT next season... Angry
