Database editor stops working during the game

Hi guys,

I have a problem I hope someone can help me with. I started several games using custom databases. I've added a lot of my own races and riders and everything seems to be working well. Until June 2 or 3. From that moment on, I can't use the database editor anymore. When I edit something (fix an injury for example), it will not be implemented in the game anymore. Before that date, I can edit whatever I like. I've checked everything I can think of, but ran out of ideas what the issue might be. Anyone else experiences this kind of issue?
