Welcome to the last mountain road race NC of the season! Chiarello is the favorite, but we have seen the underdogs surprise the favorites more than once! Lets dive right in!
13 amateurs form the break of the day. All but one get caught at the 25KM mark. The lone survivor isn't caught untill the 10KM mark, when a four man attack shakes up the chasing peloton. These attackers are Sepulveda, Miltiadis, Campero, and Affonso.
Three of those same attackers make it to the end together! But only one can be the strongest, Campero has explosives in his legs and wins the sprint ofr Bolovia!
Miltiadis extends his Cypriot championship with another year.
Sepulveda wins the Argentinian jersey as the final rider on the podium.
Affonso didn't survive in the attacking group, but he does make it to 4th to become Brazilian Champion.
Örken becomes Turkish champion.
