Leaving the political context aside, it annoys me that the Russian/Belarus flags are blank in the game. Is there any way to edit this back to normal? Any suggestions appreciated!

If the game is like PCM 2022, you just have to replace the white flags by the right ones in the 4 .TGA files that are in the GUI folder.
Telling which white flag is for which country is tricky, just test with a flag and run game to get sure you changed the right one.

The flags are put alphabetically, so Belarus' flag should be put on the blank next to Belgium's.
