Increase difficulty

Hi guys,
I'd like to increase difficulty but when using PCM Fast editor, the changes in the "Local" DB don't get saved, although the changes in "OfficialRelease" DB can get saved. Do you guys know how I can save these changes or give me another way to increase the difficulty?
