i was just wondering if we could add a rule to the board about bumping up old stories that haven't been added to for so long? i don't want to sound like a dick or single anyone out because a few people do it. but in this instance i'll use allekr00's recent coment on Il Gladiator's rabobank story. the story hadn't been updated for over two weeks so i personally see no reason to bump it back up to the top of the list by asking why the writer hasn't updated. if you want to know then pm the writer. if the stories going to come back then the writer will do it in his own time.
as we all know stories come and go for many reasons, usually the writer getting fed up with having to report on every race, and at the moment there are 5 good stories that have been updated in the last couple of days. why not read them instead of trying to drag up an old story that most people have probably forgot about.
i'll say again that i don't want to sound like a dick or single anyone out and i apologise if anyone feels otherwise, i just think it's important not to clutter up the top of the board by bumping up old stories.
p.s i realise the irony of cluttering up the top of the board by opening this thread before anyone mentions it
I liked that story and as you said it wasn't updated for a much time and I want to know why and I thought it is better to ask him there so anyone know why he doesn't updated it anymore, but he didn't answered. Now Dessel has stopped his story too.
All the 08stories stopped after 3 maximum 4 months of game calendar and I really don't understand why.

Thats happens with most stories.
Its part of a reason why I dont pay much attention to stories unless they get past the first couple of months - its more interesting once the important races are reached, it gets boring with story after story going in detail on January and February and then stopping because not many people are posting. Nobodys posting because the races in those months dont matter!
