Folder in Documents not getting created (or I can't find it)

I got the game recently and it is working fine. But I can't find the folder that gets created in My Documents, so no exports, mod, etc. Not sure what is happening!

For whatever reason, they moved the folder to AppData/Roaming. Type %AppData% in the bar of the Explorer and you'll get there.
