Hello! I want to insert the basque language into the game, how can I do it?

Inside the local.cdb, there's a table called LOC that contains any sort of text that is displayed in the game in all available languages. I'm not sure if you can add a column for a new language, but you could replace one of the existing ones. Afterwards, you can change the language of the game in the Steam settings. Be aware though that there are somewhere around 6.000 lines of text in that table, so this is a pretty big undertaking.
