Where did riders reputation go?

It used to be on the riders profile page.

I'm asking because my sponsor is complaining about me not having many riders with a high reputation.

It seems the game mainly set rider reputation based on his skills. Simply hiring a good rider of sponsor wanted country should do the trick.
