Its possible, in paint i put the same size but in the game it appears some with parts in the pants.

Whats wrong?

Its not that easy. You need to completely remake it to be honest.

yes, you can put the pcm06/07 versions in pcm08 by warping them, but as you said, they just don't look good ingame
to really convert them you just have to start over on the pcm08 template
