Hi im just about to buy a new gaming PC and wanted to know if its possible to tranfer my saved game over from old pc to new one and if so how can I do this?

Just locate where your savegames are located (for every game), then copy the files to an USB stick, an external hard disk, or create a LAN between both the PC (old and new), and put the files at the same place you found them, but on the new PC.

Usually check around \My Documents\My Games but there can be other places.
