changing the number of water bottles given

i was wondering if it was possible to change using hans converter or something else the number of bottles you get in certain races. because in some races you get 2 bottles for 200km race .

Yes. Open STA_stage, find the stage you'd like to change and find the "ravitos"-column (or something like that). Change it to the number of bottles you'd like.
