What to do with high budget?

Hi guys, this is the first year i have been playing PCM. im currently in my third season and have a budget of 2,7 mil. But i only can spend like 700k from my sponsor when the transfermarkt opens. What can i do with my budget? Can i spend it on something?

what you have in a bank account is not your budget. it is a known bug/omission.
your budget is what you get from your main sponsor per month, so if you don't spend everything you keep accumulating money. also all the prize money is a surplus.
personally, i do a workaround to be able to use this money stashed on the bank account by temporarily tweaking (using database editor) budget allowed by a sponsor during the transfer period and returning back to the sum i have signed a contract with a sponsor. so during the following year i am on a negative monthly balance ( currently -25.000, still covered by money won in races).
All that makes sense for poor conti teams so you have a chance to get promoted to pro conti division and enjoy some big races (my main sponsor Nice Metropole pays me 70k and during upcoming transfer season I'll reach 77-85k max cap).
