Young riders and growth

Hi, i've noticed that my young riders growth is strange, someone in the first month grow 3-4 points in stats, others (with 5.5 and 6 potential) doesn't grow neither 1 points in more than 2 months, even if all of my young riders are trained by mythique coach and did the same training stage and they have the same objective (uae trophy).
Someone can help me understand what i've to do and how they grown?
