Hey guys,

Anyone can explain me what the Team Index (for promotion/relegation) is based on? Is it like in real life with the points from your best 10 riders in all the races or just the World Tour races? I am starting with a Pro Continental Team but I want to know if I should focus on Pro Continental races or trying to get as much World Tour points as I can..

Looking for immediate promotion in my first season..
