How can I change the stars?

In the training section there are "develop stars" for every stats. How can I change to more or less stars for a rider?

go to the hannes converter, dyn_cycliste and edit the colum limit_i_[stat]

say a rider has 75 flat stats and has 2 starts. him limit migth be 78. change it to 80 and he could get 3 stats, change it to 75 and he'll have 0.

thats what I think at least.
