what platform? and i wonder if theres enough to get a pcmdaily 10v10 team going, although time zones would probably foil that.

In fact, I've been reading the reviews of Fifa, and in fact, they are all rather positive about the game, saying that it's now more realistic than previously (gameplay slowed down, the ball not hanging on to the feet etc.). So, I will give the demo a try before taking a discussion with you |

The demo for the PC is truly woeful. It's slightly better on 360. From what I'm hearing, the PS3 version is supposed to be the best, but I don't know why you'd choose to play this game ahead of PES. I mean, FIFA is a decent game, full of beautifully animated goals. Problem is, it's unbelieveably easy to score. Just hold RB and shoot and it goes in from every angle around the box! |

yeah i get what you mean stuart but this is at least different, not just the usual new menu or whatever for your money, I have the ps3 version and i've been enjoying it so i'm happy :shrug:

I tried the PS3 version yesterday (full game, not demo).
I played it with a friend for about 2 hours....basically you pick up the ball with anyone, dribble past everyone and score. it's that easy.
But that's not the worst. It just....doesn't feel right. Doesn't feel like football. I can't put my finger on what it is exactly |

FIFA is very good
I was a long PES fan but with FIFA XBOX 360/PS3 Version I am more a fan of FIFA then PES (also FIFA got 50hz mode) , FIFA and PES are 2 very good football games (Isso : Just take off the helps , then it´s not so easy to score ) |

There aren't any helps on anymore Rin. What I like most about FIFA is the slower pace: I wish PES had that.
But overall I prefer PES by a long way. But never mind me. I have this weird thing where I can't have fun with a game if it's not the most realistic  |

I've played FIFA on PC since 2000, and I love it. Last year, I got both FIFA and PES at my birthday, I played one or two PES-matches, and that was it. Hated the game.
I think this years game suits me very well (last game which suited me was '06 WC, where I was among the 16 best players in Denmark), and I expect to join some eSport club in some short time (Probably Holstebro or Roskilde if possible to compete on ESL and other tournaments.
Unfortunately, the Danish championships in FIFA is held on PS3, and that game is way different from the PC version. I'm going to play there anyway though
And sure, I'm ready to play against any of you! B)
