Howard scored close to 600 points in last years PCT and was out top scorer, and a top-20 rider in the division. With many of his competitors moving up to PT, declining to a tier below top level or becoming free agents, Howard will be a lovely asset to have for a PCT team for the coming season. Despite a decline, he's still going to be one of the top sprinters in the division and is capable of competing with or without a train to support him. Would be a good asset for a CT promotion team trying to find a top rider for a competitive wage and a decent fee. We would love to start proceedings for him at 850-900k, but as always are negotiable.
