This one will survive. I'm promising myself.

Tales of Orange

Hello. I'm Hubertus Heemskerk.
www.rabobankgroep.nl/images/storybox/Heemskerkstorybox1.jpg

I am CEO of the dutch bank Rabobank. I have a passion for a sport. That sport is cycling. Under my guidance, Rabobank has sponsored a succesful cycling team, and helped grass roots cycling develop in The Netherlands. I shall recount the important races for our team.
Info from UCI pro Tour website:
The Rabobank team is focused on results and ethics in 2008 after the arrival of new management and riders. Harold Knebel is the new team director from March, while Erik Breukink will continue as team manager, running the technical side of the UCI ProTour team.

Well known Dutch rider Michael Boogerd has now retired, so the hopes of the Rabobank team are now on the shoulders of strong time trialist Thomas Dekker and Russia’s Denis Menchov. Dekker’s stage victories in the Tour de Romandie and Tour de Suisse in 2007 show he has huge potential, while Menchov finally emerged by winning the Vuelta a España.

Three-time World Champion Oscar Freire won Milan-San Remo in 2007 and was fifth overall in the individual standings of the UCI ProTour. His fast sprint finish means he is a threat in many of the UCI ProTour one-day races and could challenge for the individual title if he shows more consistency. Other riders to watch in the strong Rabobank team are sprinter Graeme Brown, Pieter Weening, Joost Posthuma and Bauke Mollema, who joins from the Rabobank development squad.

Major results (since 1996)

In 2002, the Rabobank cycling team was split into the normal team and the GS3 team, for cyclo-cross and young talents. In 2005 it was renamed to the Continental team. Since 1996, the team won 1796 races [29], of which 491 were won in the (UCI) ProTour, and 362 in the cyclo-cross protour.

Some of our big riders:

Thomas Dekker

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/tdekk.jpg

A massive prospect who can Time Trial like a great and can get up hills and mountains

Juan Antonio Flecha

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/Flecha.jpg

Cobbles extrordinare and hills are quite easy for him.

Oscar Freire

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/freire.jpg

Our resident sprinter. He's good on cobbles and hills.

Robert Gesink

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/gesink.jpg

Considered by many to be a future great. A massive mountain rider and getting consistently good results in Time Trials can only be good news.

Dennis Menchov

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/menchov.jpg

Our stage racer extrordinare. Good on climbs and with a nifty TT. But he always has a bad day.

Maggot, you are doing a crucial mistake already: Posting full screenshots. Edit them into a smaller size and save them in a format that uses less kilobytes and you should be set.

STAGE 1

At the top of the first climb:

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/mountain1.jpg

The break is caught early. At 4.8 kilometers to go Freire has got Magnus Backsted's wheel.

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/freirewheel.jpg

The main sprint starts at 2km to go. Freire is on Dean's wheel.

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/deansprint.jpg

Nearly 1 to go. Freire has opened. But Ciolek's on his wheel and O'Grady on his!

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/open.jpg

But they can't get round. Victory Number 1 of 2008.

herring.dyndns.org/patrick/woot.jpg

O'Grady crossed the line second but that is all I can remember because the game crashed.

Good luck and nice win with Freire!

Btw; because of the cras, do you need to play the stage once more?
