Is it possible to change teams to choose in multiplayer season mode?

Sure. Just edit your save game (llocated in Database/Multi).

Thx for the answer but I want to change the list of 18 ProTour teams at the beginning of a season. I've edited fkIDdivision in DYN_team but it works only in singleplayer and the teams in multiplayer season are still the same.

anyone have any ideas? i was kinda hoping to be cervelo against my brother except i can't get rid of ISD, or Amica chips Pfft

You need to change Cervelo's team ID in DYN_team into ID of Amica or ISD team. Then you need to edit fkIDteam for riders of these teams in DYN_cyclist.
