Can someone please explain how to do Time Trials on PCM22?

I can't seem to get it right.
I don't know what the red bar does or when/if it is important for instance.

The red bar is for any effort above 85.

if it is a short TT, you don't need to worry about the yellow bar, just the red. I would typically keep a constant 86/87 all the way.

For longer TTs, yellow is important. Once you use up all of your yellow, you then use the red. You want both to run out just as you cross the line.
