Good to have Bianchi back after 3 years - hopefully you'll stay longer than just 1 year though
Good luck for building up your team, and if you're looking for some decent Italian riders, we might be talking during transfers
And yeah, the jersey's really nice, another job well done by Ezee

@Fabianski, we are aiming to stay in MG for long term and welcome for any offers of cooperation in the future, especially on italian riders. |

Lovely jersey and there should be plenty of room for an Italian team
Good luck

Welcome to the game! You already got a very stylish jersey that should be easily visible. Good luck in getting the right riders to wear it!

After going through this competitive transfer market, we successfully gathered 19 contracted riders, 1 stagaire and 2 free riders to form our debut squad.
We are glad to welcome our climbing team leader Andrea Zordan and spiriting team leader Mikiel Habtom to believe our visions and help us to develop our team in the near future.
Due to limited budget as a new team, we can't compete to sign any top potential talents in the market. However, we are lucky enough to secure the contract of Kevin Colleoni and Henok Mulubrhan. They will have close training program with our team leaders to further their development. Hope they can follow the footstep of their countryman to become our team leader in the future. |

Congratulations on getting through your first transfer period. I like how you use the team jersey colours in the riders presentation table
You should have a competitive cobbles squad, and Zordan can hopefully net you some nice points in puncheur races as well, with many strong domestiques. Four similar sprinters stat-wise who might not be the top of the league, but should also net you some points and maybe even victories with the right planning. All in all quite a young team as well. Good luck in your first season!

I'm still a bit disappointed I couldn't bring Zordan back through renewals, but I'll be cheering for him as your leader
You probably would have been better off getting a higher quality leader or cover another terrain that having all that depth.

I second redordead in terms of leaders vs. depth. Your depth on the hills is amazing - unfortunately, this looks to be the most stacked discipline in CT this year... They could still be in for a surprise, or do well as attackers in stage races, though.
Glad to see that Habtom found a new home; unfortunately, I had to cut him during renewals to reduce my fee ^^ He did well for me last year, may he do the same for you! Your sprinters could be a bit like the puncheurs, though - solid, but not top-level for CT. Good planning will be key - at least you've got a couple of them to send to the races
Also good to see that Eggenberg has found a home and will be developed as soon as possible Looking forward to see which path you're taking him; with his high acceleration and good fighter stat he could become a handy breakaway rider
Good luck & have fun in your first year!

Exciting team you have put together for this season! I think my one to watch has to be Sergey Luchshenko, with that nice mixed skillset he might be able to snatch a stage win at some point. Although I do worry that the menagarie of puncheurs you've assembled might mean the PCM AI won't give him as many chances as he might need.

A lot of everything in this squad, and makes you the odds on favourite to be best of the new managers. Should be right in amongst the Promotion talk as well! Very nicely done.

Congratulations on surviving your first transfers. Agree with others, lots of guys who should get some points, a few overperform and you have a really strong season but even without that I think you put together a promotion push.
Welcome to the game.

@redordead, Zordan had better PTS/Wage than Pogacar in your team last season. We paid our highest wage 90K to attract him to lead our team. Hope he will perform at the same level with us.
@Fabianski, We understand our leader are not top level rider. After few round of bidding in FA market, we know we can't compete with other top teams and also among other new teams. We can only change strategy to get enough lower level riders to form our squad. That's not ideal but we can only adapt the situation in the transfer market.
@TheManxMissile, Thanks you to see us as one of favourite to be Rookie Manager of Year. Hope we can have chance to stay the fight among other new managers until the end of season. |
